Photo import tools (Windows?)

I'm in search of a program that will import photos from a memory card to the likes of a folder with a timestamp for its name and then unmount the drive. I'm *this* far from installing Cygwin just to use my shell script that did such, I'm at my wits end for a tool that will do just this under Windows. 'elp?

DIM is pretty good. I haven't actually used it very much as I'd already written a set of PERL scripts that do exactly what I want, but it works, is free, and written in Java, so will run on anything.
