Red lights on XBOX - need help

    Hi,


    I bought my XBOX 360 last Christmas and it was working ok. Recently the green lights on the front (to indicate its on) have instead started showing red lights. My XBOX now only turns on after pressing the on button repeatedly (this can take up to an hour sometimes!) It locks up now too even after Ive got it on. The XBOX wireless reciever also fails to turn on unless being repeatedly put into the socket.

    Anyone else had this problem and know what it is or might be? I would really appreciate it. Also is there anything I can do to fix it? i.e send it off to be fixed or is the console just screwed???:rolleyes:

    Send it back to microsoft, and they will either fix, or replace it for free. Their number is on www.xbox.com, just ring the irish one, and tell them its dead ;)
