    Hi,
    I recently purchased a two bed apartment (with rooftop terrace) in Granada, Andalucia, Spain. I'm looking to gather a collection of people who own holiday home property abroad (and in ireland) who would be willing to "exchange" their property for short periods of time ? Anyone interested ?

    Hi leonards. I looked into this recently but with a view to swopping homes for a holiday. Is this something that would interest you in your plan or is it holiday homes only?

    The idea at the moment is to build up a database of people who own holidays homes and are willing to exchange them for a week or two for my property in Granada...

    Hi Leonards, welcome to Boards.ie

    You could try a site like http://www.homelink.ie/ which is very useful for something along the lines of what you have in mind. I know some people who use it don't put their own homes up for swap but their holiday homes.

    I don't know that too many people on here have holiday homes abroad, but you'd never know.

    If you want to PM me details of your house, I can see if anyone I know is interested. I have relations with a house in Nice and some friends and colleagues with houses/apartments in Spain.
