Advice on gfx card

    ok, i have a radeon 9250 at the moment. you can pick one up for around 40 quid on komplett. basically, its a little less than my requirements.
    I recently got GTA:SA and NFS:U2 and they need a fairly decent gfx card.

    I was looking at a few. I havent got PCIe so i'm stickin wit AGP for the moment. I've set my range at ~150 euro but knowin me ill push 200 euro.

    Looking on komplett, there was 2 around 150.

    radeon x1600pro and a nvidia 6800xt.
    the problem is i dont think they have a VGA output for me.

    the next card up, in terms of price, seems a bit outta me range.

    so, what im asking here is, can anyone recommend me a card, either online or in the real world. I'm headin into town soon so i'll hav a look in peats and them, and i heard theres a new shop on o connell st too.

    what i need:
    AGP8x
    VGA output
    ~150euro and enough to run GTA:SA and NFS:U2
