    Street Fighter 2 Competition : In the Xbox Live Gaming Centre Upstairs in our newly designed "Versus" area. 7pm 'till late wedrensday the 2nd of August.
    The Vs area is set up so that anyone interested in coming in to play a game against or with their mate, or perhaps find a challenger in the shop, can go upstairs to our brand new machines and sit down in 2 comfortable chairs, and battle it out in style. We have 360s and an original xbox for old skewl games such as soul calibur.

    Be the greatest fighter of them all!


    At long last (we hope) . Street Fighter 2 is being released on the Xbox360 Arcade. For this wonderous occasion, we here at the XLGC have decided to run an SF2 tournoi for all you fighters out there.
    We will be running a best of 3 fights knockout tournament, with semi finals and finals being best of 5. There will be 3 tiers. Winners bracket, loss bracket, and loss twice bracket. So you'll all have a good few games and a few opportunities to make the finals.

    Prizes will be provided, though we haven't yet decided what they are. We will also be creating a Street Fighter 2 ladder, so who ever comes 1st, 2nd etc will be seeded 1st, 2nd and so on. We will then be able to organise challenge matchs and set up a nice system for you all to play in.

    We hope there will be an ongoing interest in this game and a lot of healthy competition. Everyone thinks they are great at Street Fighter, well on Wedesnday the 2nd of August at 7pm, we will see who walks the walk as opposed to who talks the talk.
