how to send a 67 meg file

    Hi, I need to send a 67 meg file to a friend in the US, my email client keels over at the sight of it. Any alternatives, FTP ? if so any recommended FTP programs and where to send it ? The recipient is not technically minded so something easy for him to download if possible. Have broadband , slower for uploads I know, and have already zipped the file to 67meg. I'm using XP. Thanks.
