I know of one in Nice... €3,000 p.w.

Can you be a bit more specific. Or if you like, I can link to the house in Nice for you.

Look in the Buy&Sell. Think they are always full of stuff like this.

One prob is that most would like you to take it for more than a few days & the other problem that I can see is the dog.

You say it's well behaved, & yours probably is, but all dog owners say that, so the owner of the cottage will prob not listen to that. I know I would not allow it if it was mine.

But yea, give the buy and sell a try

Yeah, especially as August is the busiest time for holiday cottage rentals in Ireland Id say if you get one at this late stage you'd have to take it for a week. Try www.dreamireland.com

    Hi MrsSimba,

Most holiday homes go from Saturday to Saturday. Especially during the peek season. This has been a very busy year for holiday homes in Ireland. Recent figures point to the highest number of tourists visiting Ireland on record. Something like seven million tourists.

    Apologies for the negative response.

I don't offer self catering but I have availability on the dates you mention. Your dog would be more than welcome. My B&B is just outside Newmarket, North County Cork. Handy for exploring Cork/Kerry. Plenty of lovely places to walk the dog locally.

You would have a large groundfloor en-suite room with tea/coffee etc and obviously breakfast provided. Rates 30 Euro per person. You can come and go as you please, no curfew. Laundry facilities/internet access available if required.

Click on my website below if you want more info.

Just a thought, you are probably booked in somewhere by now.

    Regards, Julie
