I know that deja vu has been discussed before but mine are starting to freek me out a little.

Little things happen me from time to time like dreams coming true and if something really bad happens someone close I get sick and anxious around the time it happens - before I've found out about it

anyway, the latest was I found out that this guy died who I didnt know very well or anything but I was convinced that he was already dead. The guy was young and died tragically but I could have sworn he was already dead. Someone told me he was dead and I said yea I knew that and they said, yea last night bla bla bla. I was so shocked, I was convinced I heard about him dying a couple of years ago.

Anyway, does anyone else have these kind of things happen?

No I haven't had that, that's defenatly a striking deja vous. or could just be a mere coincidence.People get it all the time.. Most people dismiss it though. It can't be explained, and know one has come up with an reasonable explanation.

Some people say it just resembles a dream you might of had, or it's reincarnation etc....

My wild theory, don't mean to get side tracked..

Is the universe had the big bang and everything expands like now, and simultonasouly, to it's ultimate limit... and snap every matter shrinks to a small dot like prior to the big bang.. it explodes again fall backs to a dot and it's does this repeatedly over and over and will never stop and that's why IMO I think we get this feeling we have being here before on done that.. because we are repeating this life over and over. wild theory...lol

I've heard that it's relkated to the areas of the brain to do with memory and it's relationship to time. Some of the hard-wiring may be loose in there sometimes and one feels that they have experienced, or about to experience something that they felt has happened previously. It effects teenagers and young adults more so than older people whose brains have sort of mellowed.

    My two cents;)

Isn't it brought about by tiredness? Your brain kinda stop's for a millisecond and when it restarts you remember what you are doing now because you have been doing it already. Very simplified version I know.

i've experience deja vu many times , i usually get a quick rush to the head / flash of an image about 30 seconds before something happens exactly as i thought , usually it's something small though i did have a dream last sunday a girl in work was pregnant and come monday morning guess what she announced to the office? was a bit weird to say the least

Thats precognition where you see something before it happens. Now if you went in on monday and heard she was pregnant and went "wow, i experienced this before" thats deja vou.

it's her first kid so defo didn't experience that before LOL

so what does that mean then and how do ye stop it or develop it?

here's a true story (bit off topic but sure anyway)

used to have these flashes ALOT when i was young (between 5 and 9 yrs old) then some **** happened in the house with something physically stopping me from passing through a door on a regular basis , then a priest came blessed the house and spend about 2 hours in the house , then these flashes stopped completely , have asked my dad what the full story was but he really doesnt like talking about it

i'm 24 now and these flashes / dreams seems to have come back at a time when i'm content with my life , dont really bother me except for the slight worry of above recurring

Best way to stop it is to try and use it to predict something like the lotto numbers, then it's guaranteed not to work :)
