Any suggestions for a good VPN router? Its for a very small (As in two computers!) office network.

I could go OpenVPN but they dont seem to keen on it.

MonoWall loaded on an old PC will give you an excellent free router with VPN (PPTP and IPSec), Traffic Shaping, WebBased GUI and much more.

I use it on a Soekris for a silent, low-power router/VPN that gives me everything I need.

I've been down the appliance route and found them lacking in features. I also used SmoothWall and then IPCop for years and, while they're excellent products, MonoWall has more features.

    Regards,

    Liam

Netgear DG834G (not the GT model) can VPN to another Netgear DG834G, or act as a VPN endpoint for site-to-site VPN - if you're looking for a shop bought solution.

Thats pretty much what im looking for for these folks. Its just so one of them an access the LAN from a laptop.

Have you worked with this much Wizzard? Is is relatively secure?
