i want to learn flash & actionscripting

    as the title says, i want to learn Flash & Actionscripting
    not really from the design end of things but more of the
    programming side of it, interaction with Databases, forms
    mouse movements etc.

    Any resources you'd recommend?

    Any good books you've read and thought valualable

    Any good sites like flashkit.com that you'd recommend
