I have flights booked with them for October. I already know that I can't use them. Couple of questions:

    1. Can I get the taxes and charges refunded?
    2. Do I have to wait till after the flights are gone or can I claim now?

    Thanks

This has happened me a few times and is the downside to the low fares airlines. I guess we can't have it both ways.

One option for you to change the flights into someone else's name. This will depend on how much you spent on the tickets but you spent alot more that the price of a name change then maybe you could find someone to take the tickets off your hands.

I personally doubt that you would be able to claim the taxes and charges but it is worth a try.

You can claim taxes and charges but I think there's a €20 admin fee. You should be able to claim them back before the flight.

    EDIT: It's €15.

This was in the last booking confirmation e-mail I got off them
Refund administration fee of EUR 15.00 or equivalent per ticket will apply to this booking for tax refunds.

Is there a claim form you need for this?
