Where to buy TV Aeriel on Line need a grid one

    Hi I need to get a Aeriel for my attich in Skerries can anyone recommend a online retailer.

    I am looking for a grid aeriel along the lines of this. How also would Ipower it.

    Others like Maplin.co.uk may sell them also.

    Also, they are not directly powered. It just takes a coaxial feed. If signals are poor then you need the relevant masthead amplifier and power supply combo. The power supply powers the amp through the coaxial cable.

    When it comes to grids, I'd prefer Diamond Color (ABC Aerials) though I haven't come across a website selling them. The problem with the Triax one is the plastic plugs around the connection box. These tend to crack and fall off, leaving the box open to the elements. Though the Triax is otherwise a good aerial. Might be a good idea to mastic the plugs on, so when they crack the mastic will hold them in place!

    They should do, that's their Irish based website with the prices in Euros! :eek: Check again, they definitely deliver to the Republic - in the catalogues they send to me on a regular basis they even have a notice on £ to € exchange rates.

    Maybe the OP wants an MMDS aerial? They use power for the LNB.
