    Im booking a weekend away in Nov to see a liverpool match and flights r v expensive, is there a pattern to their sales?? Is ther a sale due b4 Nov,or would i be best to book them now?:confused:

    Don't think theres a set pattern for sales in general. Just go to their sites & sign up to their e-mail services. Then you'll get a mail evertime theres a new offer available

    Because there is a game on the flights are expensive. What you could do is go when united arent at home - fly to manchester and get a train to liverpool - less than an hour by train and its only about £10/15 for the return train ticket. It should work out cheaper for you.

    You should also check to make sure there is no European games on the week before/after it as the game could be changed because of this.

    Ohh thats a good idea, and manchester airport has ther train station quite close by... mmm i shall resume my search!

    There is a pattern to AL sales. There's one in January/February, one in June/July and sometimes one in October, but it's probably too late to get a cheap seat in November at a sale price.
