Please don't pick your nose in public

Ok, sometimes it's necessary, but it should be treated like any other excretory process - you go to the bathroom, put it in a tissue, flush the tissue and WASH YOUR HANDS!!! My God! Imagine the germs! Yet there are people who pick their noses in public (either they don't give a **** about the fact that people can see them engaging in this disgusting process or they convince themselves people don't notice) and then shake hands etc. Interesting fact: the meningitis infection actually originates in the nose. Whatever about hand-washing, just don't do it in public. It's stomach-turning.

I spent two and a half hours on a flight to ibiza beside a man who picked his nose all the way through the flight from start to end. And he actually did do a taste test on his discoveries quite a few times.

I've never felt so repulsed in my entire life.

Then again, he also didn't turn his mobile off and kept checking it during the flight...and then tried to talk to us as we landed. Automatic reaction = **run really fast and get off the god damn plane before he finds out where you're staying!!!**

The Roman Catholic ones are the worst !

They pick their snots all through the service and lick it for quality control monitoring purposes.

When they get to that bit where they are supposed to offer each other a "sign of peace" they will usually proffer the snot picker hand and gleefully announce "peace be with you".

The victim then takes communion (within a few minutes of this bacterial exchange) onto the palm of that infected hand and ingests it. Yum, yum,...

Maybe it is just a fuXXing miracle that more R.C.s dont get gastro-eneritis.... or worse if Mr. Snot Picker has had his hands in a sun free zone before he came to church and didn't wash his little handy andys

Yeah, stay away from churches as they are so unhealthy these days..... Christ knows what's in the water fonts but I guess that he is saying nothing.....

My mum had that very experience - a guy who had been picking his nose all through mass offered her his hand during the "peace be with you" bit. She just refused. Rank.
By the way, I'm sure there are plenty of protestants - from all sects - who pick their noses through service.

ewww me too!! This dirty old man was at it all throughout mass, then at the shake hands bit, he held his hand out to me and my sister. We both pretended not to see him for aaages...but i couldn't hold out, it was too obvious coz he was literally turned around facing us, hand out, so I shook it to get him away and nearly got sick :eek: (I hope my sister realised just exactly what i did for her!!) Needless to say I didn't go and get Communion after that and as soon as I got home I scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed....

when you leave your house in the morning, walk with your hands by your side. make sure you have showered and used half a can of deoderant. wear a suit. if you have an itch, just ignore it. don't smoke at the bus stop. in fact, don't smoke anywhere, someone might get a whiff of it. make sure your make-up is correctly applied. not too much and not too little. put your phone on silent. don't look at foreign people, but don't not look at them either. drive slowly, but not too slowly. if it's warm, keep your comments about the weather to yourself. the same ap[plies to cold/ rainy weather.
