need a rock vocalist who can hit high notes,no bull****

i know this forum is absolutely crap to find ppl on,however i am gonna try again.

we're a 4 piece band made up of drums, bass, guitar, lead guitar, and all we need is a vocalist. but we're not looking for just anyone. you have to be able to sing and do it well, and hit high notes. not like the darkness ****, but good rock singer voice.

we are based in shankill, (for those who don't know,it's near bray. dublin 18 to be exact) and we have our own practice room, wit computers mixing desk,recording equipment and programs. every meber of the band digs all different kinda music,but the music we play is just straight up rock. there are too many influences to name them all. lets just say deep purple, foghat, thin lizzy, skynrd, motley crue, g'n'r, and other very diverse stuff.

if u like what ur hearing so far, your voice has to be some were from robert plant (led zeppelin), vince neil (motley crue), Glenn hughes (former deep purple bassist. listen to his solo stuff) have u ever seen the movie rock star, check out the vocalist in the movie.

Jesus, good luck to ya, if you find someone, let me know where ya did, cos im lookin for somene just like that. Glenn Hughes is the ****ing best!!

By the way the vocalists in Rock Star were Jeff Scott Soto (ex Malmsteen, Talisman) and Miljenko Matijevic (Steelheart). they each sang various songs while Mark Gayberg mimed along. If you havnt already heard em, check out Steelheart, damn good voice he has! incredible even.

It depends what genre you are looking for. This forum is pretty **** for finding classic metal type people, but its good for other things. Ive been posting here looking for people for Magnum Force for a year, with very little success. I found one excellent guitarist, and a drummer who ****ed off without notice. in a year. thats 365 days!
