Last week's race was absolutely class, it's gonna be a great finish to the season.

Bit early to be thinking about the end of the season, loads of races left and anything could happen...

Qualifying is 10pm Sat and Race 10pm Sun according to Eurosport.

In Cavan there was a great fire / Judge McCarthy was sent to inquire / It would be a shame / If the nuns were to blame / So it had to be caused by a wire.

Sorry to butt in but I've a better idea. Go to a road race. 200bhp+ going by at 180mph and they're so close you could reach out and touch them. Martin Finnegan, Robert Dunlop and Ryan Farquar(if he's back from injury). Home grown heros with balls of steel. Not dissin MotoGP but there's nothing like seeing things in the flesh, and I don't see Mondello getting a round in the forseeable:D

Yeah that's what I saw on eurosport, last weeks race was quality, I slept it out on sunday so I had to watch the repeats. MotoGP is one of the best motorsport races to watch because it's so tight. Couldn't believe Rossi held off three hondas last week but it'll be interesting to see how he does in Laguna Seca this week, Hayden will be on home turf but I reckon Rossi learned a few lessons last time on this track.

Currently reading Rossi's book, not the best read but it's nice and short and covers his career up to 2005 so I found it informative as I've only been following it for about 2 years now.

    Currently reading Rossi's book
After 80 pages of "why I left Honda" I gave up

Yeah to be honest, I think he thought it was like developing his bike and took control over the editing.......he should stick to the bikes and leave the writing to other people :p

Ah some good stuff in there but alot alot of stuff repeated. As I said, it's not the best read and if you weren't into the sport there's no way you'd read past chapter 1.

waht a dull race in the end.

the track and camerwork was incredible but doesnt really wokr well for overtaking / battling.
except for pedrosa/stoner/melandri killing each other for about half a lap.
the idea of using a crap surface to liven up the action was "unusual" ;)

shame again to see stoner go off early and unfortunate that kenny didnt get a podium in his "Home" track.
    but a honda 1-2-3-4???
unbelievable, followed by the rizla 2 suzukis and the factory yamaha trailing way behind......
the one that finished that is ;)
