I think just to the first and club world pax at the start in response to VA having this for ages now.

Its video on demand with 100's of movies apparently. They already have Bose noise reducing speakers which are very good compared to the thin yokes they had before. They are only in Club world too afaik.

Heres a promo to the new BA system, you will need quicktime to view it.

AVOD: Audio/Video on Demand - rather than watching whatever they happen to have on their channels, you can choose when to watch, what to watch, pause it, fast forward it etc. Everyone can do the same without interfering with others. AVOD systems normally have a huge library to choose from as well.

    My sincerest apologies Damien,I'll clarify...

I think just to the First and club world , pax in response to VA having this for ages now.

    Hope that helps.

VA is sometimes known as bearded atlantic also due to, you know who being fairly hands on with the running of it. The opening title on the website wasnt there last time I looked-its funny :D

Never heard Virgin Atlantic refered to as VA or bearded atlantic and I have been in the industry for 16 years. Never heard called anything apart from Virgin.

I too could make no sense of the first sentence in this thread. But now that it has been cleared up it does. Obviously :-)
