Ok i have taken the plunge and just orderd a new IMAC 17" with 2 gig Ram. have i done the right thing:eek: lol Now i need to migrate all my PC stuff over the tht mac at the weekend.

Personally, I would have either:
Bought the iMac with 1x1Gb RAM, then bought another 1Gb stick off Crucial (€65 saving)
OR

Bought the iMac with 1x512mb RAM, sold that for €50-60 (or less), then bought a 2x1Gb kit off Crucial (approx €100 saving)

Have fun with the migration tho
