    Renshi Noel McHugh (4th Dan Jiu Jitsu, 5th Dan Aiki Jutsu, creator of CFS-Control Fighting System) will be teaching a half-day mini-seminar in DCU this Sunday.

    Sign-in is at 10:45, class fee is €10-15 (yet to be decided), Class will be running 11:00-13:00 (maybe even til 14:00)

    I've trained under this man in the past and he's well worth the time. In addition to being one of the founders of the Irish Budokai Society, he also trains a proportion of the West coasts security personnel in his CFS system.

    Is that the same Noel who used to train under Joe Carslake ?

    Just to remind everyone that this is tomorrow, and also to update some of the details.

    The class will be running from 11-2.
