I'm sure that this isn't the response that you had hoped for, but I'm responding to your mail as a former tutor of ITEC.

I have tutored 100's of students through their ITEC exams and know only too well how much time and energy hard working students put into their course and case studies in order to pass their final exams.

I am horrified, to say the least, that your wife would even consider copying someone else's work in order to pass her exams. I'm not sure that either of you have even considered that trying to find an easy and some would even say, lazy way out at this stage surely suggests that your wife should re-think her career in the beauty industry. An industry which is hard working and dedicated. If your wife can't even be dedicated enough to put in some hard work at this stage, why on earth would you even think that she could be capable of working in close proximatey with members of the general public! And let's face it, if she's not doing her case studies, it means she's not doing her practical work and therefore would be a risk to possible clients in the furture.

I would like to think that no past ITEC student would be stupid enough to consider handing over their own hard work so easily so that your wife can sit on her back side stroking her little dogs!

Maybe she is just looking for comparitive notes. Or maybe she missed a few classes for some reason.

So, just because "it happens" it's okay?

If you knew about the case studies and the amount of them needed etc you would know what I'm saying!

Just because the work is hard, doesn't make plagiarism acceptable. If that kind of plagiarism is as widespread as you make out, then it's undermining the value of the entire course.

I cant believe this thread, case studies are part of the course, you cant just copy them you are supposed to do the treatment on a client and then write up about it.

I don't understand how ppl find 3 year old threads. I'm sure his wife made her decision about cheating by now people.

I know this thread is years old but he never actually asked for case studies to COPY, he asked for case study material which would suggest that he was just looking for examples so she'd know exactly where she's going with hers.

I did ITEC courses and we were given old ones so we'd know what was expected etc..they're freely available many places online anyway.
