Hi all,

I am working for a Dublin Based Point of Sale technology company, we are looking for a call desk operative to work in our office in Ballymount Ind Est.

Dutys would include answering phones from customers, 3rd party clients and engineers, logging calls and seeing them through to completion and issuing calls to our engineers nationwide.

Salary is €23k starting off.

Education requirements: Leaving Cert.

Experience: In a calldesk enviroment would be a definite advantage.
