tv shows on itunes

I've noticed that apple are advertising t.v. shows downloadable for the ipod video with the recent version of itunes. Only problem is after downloading itunes I cant find the t.v. section anywhere. If I do find what appears to be a link it just directs me to the "browse" page in itunes but the only videos you can browse…

TV shows can only be downloaded in the American store, which you need an American credit card or whatever to buy in.
Although, you can create an account and send yourself gift certificates or something if you want to beat the system.
