    who does the cheapest domain names in the world?

    i got one from domainsarefree.com for $3.99 but you can only buy one a week :( :rolleyes:

    so can anyone equal or even beat that? im talking .com addresses here :)

    The cost of a .com domain is US$6.25 from Verisign and ICANN charge a US0.20c 'tax'. If you pay less than that, the company is subsidising your domain at the hope of spamming you or selling you something else.

    That was a promo to help boost the .be registry... There may be more in the future.. Who knows
