i reacently started running 6 miles a day(roughly 10k) to help lower my bf, but i was working out my meals per day on calories...but i have no idea how many cals i would be burning in my run! is there anyway of counting it? like an average? i run at a slow pace(about 40-45 mins for 6 miles) bacause i heard its the best for fat burning...anyone any idea how much calories this jog would burn? r is there a way of figuring it out etc?

it really depends on how intense your running I would say...like the guy above me said you can base it on averages but you would have to figure out the intensity etc to get an accurate number
