Yeah it is, a good portion of my DS games are from the U.S. via eBay.. It was especially great getting Metroid a month and New Super Mario Bros a month and a half before they were released in the EU. Get your act together Nintendo Europe...

Yes, except for China, though most the games there are pirated anyway.

yes i bought resident evil deadly silence last january of cd wow and it was the american version becuase it wasnt out in europe for over a month

but i bought metroid there last week of cd wow but it was already out in europe so i got the european version and it only took 5 days to come
