A.C. Milan in UEFA CUP?

Even though Milan have been deducted 44 points from thier total last season they could still end up in the UEFA Cup.

The team ahead of them under then new point allocations would be Empoli, who finished in the last UEFA Cup spot, but Empoli's stadium isn't suitable for playing UEFA Cup matches so they may have to withdraw if they can't find a solution, meaning that under Callico legislation the team under them gets the place and even with the 44 point deduction that would be A.C. Milan.

A bit of a long shot but still it's a nice thought for Rossoneri like myself.

    lol

cant see it happening tbh. a suitable stadium no doubt will be found for Empoli. Im sure the FA will do their absoilute best to make sure they have a suitable stadium to play their games in, just to smooth over this error in their thinking :)

No, they were just demoted from 2nd place to 7th place with the points deduction, they have no UEFA ban and no ban from competing in UEFA compitition from the Italian FA or Callico Italia (the league).

They haven't actually been found guilty of anything, if you read the wording of the verdict.

    Source?

I'm assuming they've been found guilty of something, or has the inquiry just decided to dock them 44 points from this year's tally, and 15 from next year, for the laugh?
