    Yes the program "Secrets of psychics revealed" shows how "fake" psychics work, which means quite a good percentage of them in my opinion, might open some eyes and help people distinguish between what's genuine and what is'nt. No reflection on the genuine ones.They tend to repeat a lot I'm sure it will be aired again soon. The next series of "A Haunting" (3rd series) begins on Discovery Channel August 10th, I'll post the date of the Galway episode as soon as I have it. And I'll be remote-viewing the look on your face Zillah and all my other "pals" when you see it ( as you frantically scribble notes)

    I don't have Discovery over here, so I won't be watching it. Even if I did, I wouldn't be "frantically scribbling notes" anyway... I wouldn't see the point in taking notes on any programme, unless it was part of an educational thing, i.e.: if it was as part of a course.

    I'd like to see it Mysteria I've read a lot about you. I'd like to see how a genuine medium deals with paranormal cases. Is that the family from Galway who were in the papers a few weeks ago? there were 1 or 2 babies in the house?

    Sadly these 'A haunting in ... ' TV series merely *dramatize* ghost stories.

    Here's how it goes :
    • Take a ghost story
    • Write a script senationalising it as much as possible
    • Film that script

    They're about as much of a 'documentary' as The Exorcist, I'm suprised a serious scientific investigator like Sandra would get involved with this.

    If a documentary is made about any real story they have to *Take a story *write a script and *film the script. Thats what the media do. Its dramatized to make it more interesting to viewers but that doesnt make it fiction.
    I read ph's links where does it say its made up? That film company make Forensic detectives and do documentaries about real F.B.I. cases, they have a great reputation in the media. I saw some of their Haunting programs and their the only ones I've ever seen who got someone in to do exorcisms but then they told the truth and said they did'nt work. Not like the most haunted programs. New Dominion documentaries arent fictional. I'll definitely watch it when we get the date and make my mind up when I've seen it.
