Any body ever get an error message like this before?

    Local machine: installation failed
    Installation:
Error: Action failed for directory \\SERVER\Policies\programs (Anthony Cunningham): creating directory....
    Den angivna sökvägen är ogiltig. (161) %PATH% = "\\SERVER"

I got it when I tried to install AVG Free onto a Windows 98 PC. Haven’t got a clue why that appeared! I'm trying to fix the computer but it won’t let me install the software I need to solve the problem. I already have System Mechanic Professional 6 installed, but when I run it I get another error message.

Access violation at address BFF7B9A6 in module ‘KERNEL.DLL’. Read of address 824DC8D4.

When i tried installing PCResue on it. The program installed but when i tried to open it, i got a runtime error!! It said Runtime error '5003' unexpected error. Definetly need help please.

Fix the computer by reinstalling windows. It's clearly knackered.
