Went in the Statoil at Citywest. Took out €140 at ATM. Bought two muffins& two Tropicanas. Got back into the car, looked at my cash, only €90 left. Must have dropped €40 in the shop, went back in, looked around and no sign of it, asked girl at the counter and she said that she didn't see it.

Ah well, someone is having a good friday:(

You had €140, you dropped €40... Yet you only had €90 left?

Ah Jesus PORNAPSTER the lad bought 2 muffins and a couple of Tropicanas out of that 140. Stop picking holes in his story and show him some sympathy. Here Pighead will show you how.

Zig my little pork chop Pigheads devastated to hear about your loss and me and my family extend our heartfelt sympathies to you and yours. Hopefully the muffins and the tropicana helped ease your pain.xxx

The muffins were sweet, the tropicana left a bitter taste, though.

Those service stations are a rip off.. In Spar for a scone its 65c and they're always fresh and warm... In the On the Run in Rathmines their €1.09 and they're like rocks left over from the day before.. and I asked them to butter it one day and they added 20c on to the price... OT.. Sorry about your lost money.. hope your day picks up.. I know those days only too well

I hate people who are always finding money as well. I can't begin to imagine how many times I've been out with one of my friends, and he'd just find a 20 note on the ground - once, he even found a twenty on the main street of galway, outside a store, and hundreds of people just walking by it, it's like does NOONE else see that? Its happened so many times.

I once found half a tenner on a bus....couldn't find the other half though, dammit.

haha! I was at the cinema last week, found ten dollars on the way in. Sweet! Anyway, they had this special collection for a charity fund before the screening, and as I had given money the previous week I decided not to this time around. Big mistake. Got home that evening minus my wallet. Karma's a bitch.

If its making you feel so guilty you should use it for something good! Give it to charity or use it to buy an unexpected gift for a friend/partner/family member who really needs cheering up...something like that!
