Sound Card/Line Out Problem

    I just bought a new LCD Monitor. I'm trying to hook up the Line In from the monitor into my PC's Line Out. My Sound Card is Creative Audigy 2 ZS Platinum with 5.1 speakers hooked up to the sound card 3 Line Out's. If I hook up my new monitors Line In into the old standard Line Out on my PC no sound goes into the monitor, I've also tried the other free ports on the Creative Sound Card but no joy. How can I re-activate the old Line Out on my PC and still have sound coming out my 5.1 speakers.
    I know the above must sound complicated so apologies!! :confused::confused:

    Go to the surround mixer. Either activate line out or make sure it's not muted. That should be problem solved.

    Surround mixer can be found in Creative > Surround Mixer. :)
