Diet Improvements!!!

    Hi all, been working hard in jym for a while but not seeing results that I'd like. Doing weights 2-3 time per week. Also some pilates and I play soccer (train twice a week plus match).

    I'm about 5'9/ 5'10 and 13 1/2 stone fairly fit but want to tone. I would be a fairly big build but think I could loose even a stone (or a half to begin!). Think I am doing enough exercise but help with my diet would be great.

    Sample Diet

    Breakfast (10.00) Museuli

    Lunch (13.00) Tuna, corn, peppers sambo on brown bread
    Fruit salad

    Snack (14.30) Banana

    Dinner (17.00) Chicken and veg
    Yogurt

    If possible could you give me examples of the foods that I should eat etc.. not just protein etc. (Sorry I'm crap otherwise)

    As you will find when you look around the board at similar posts, you need to eat way more. Your only substantial meal in your diet comes late in the evening. You need to take in much larger portions of protein, carbs and fats
