Has anyone tried to buy anything yet? I have been trying for the last hour or so. Everytime it gets to the end it says the card has been declined. I rang the Creditcard people thay said nothing came in on the card today and it is fine. Very strange.

You can walk into the shop and order the shoes you want and you can collect it instore a few days later - same price as in the sale

One advantage of the real world stores is that they give 10% student discount too although I'm not sure if that applies in the sales. I've used their online delivery too though and found it good.

have bought off them loads of times some really good bargains in there sometimes and this time. a pair of Vans for 19.50 wingin their way to me at present. delivery is pretty quick too. there is always a sale section on the site where they put footwear that aint sellin well have bagged a good few below half price pairs of puma runners in the past

The prices online are often lower than in the shops, in my experience. The delivery is fast. I've used this service for about 2 years now and never had any complaints at all. They've excellent customer service as well.

Ah good auld An Post, finally got delivery a few days later than expected.

Runners enter An Post network in Sandyford for delivery in Dublin 1. Next thing the track and trace have them popping up in Athlone. Ring up An Post and apparently the package with a barcoded label on it has been misdirected to the wrong depot. Doesn't fill you with confidence for hand written addresses.

Thankfull the helpful An Post c/s agent was right, the package did 'show up' back in dublin a few days later!

Quick question, do Schuh accept Laser cards? I ordered a couple of pairs of runners at a great price, and they seemed to accept the order OK, but I was just wondering if I'll get an email in a couple of days saying they can process Laser.

Anychance you have a MasterCard? My wife had the same problem (she has a MasterCard), but I could place the order (same stuff obviously) fine with my Visa...
