Irish terrestrial channels on SKY DIGITAL not working

    Hi Guys,

    I got my Sky Digital installed earlier today (eh yesterday at this stage)...I can't seem to get RTE One/2 TV3 or TG4 to work, they all seem to say "this programme is not available"

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    Yes just give Sky a ring.
    They will send a signal to your card and it will be working in an hour or two.

    try tuning in Channel 4 and five and see if they work

    This has happened to me once or twice. You may have already tried this but I switch off the Sky Box - re-insert the card incase it is not be read correctly - turn back on Sky Digital and they should appear.

    This happened to my neighbour, when he got it installed he didn't get the Irish Terrestrial channels but instead ended up with the British EPG line-up. He never told them, as his reception via the Aerial was quite good, However over the last 6 months everybody in the area has lost reception quality over wind turbines so he may got them to switch it back.
