Im looking for software that will automate the formatting of excel cells into visio, I can do this manually but it would take me forever.

Anything at all, any scripting software, pay or free.

I have been testing a software called Automate, while it is very good, is not what I am looking for.

    Thanks in advance.

am looking into software automation at the moment to implement in my company but have been looking at QTP(expensive) which uses VBScript in the background. can do some neat stuff with it. you don't need QTP but if you installed Visual Studio Web developer(free download i think) you could do something with it. you will need some scripting skills.

here is an example of how to sort the rows of an excel sheet before importing them into your system using VBScript.

also have that automate software here and its a piece of crap. its for automating day to day windows tasks!

VBA is the obvious solution. Why would you not use that? For a fee I'd do it for you! :D
