iTunes on OSX Server

Does anyone know if it's possible to have iTunes running while logged out of OSX? Can it be started as a service like smbd or the like.

I have all my music on a firewire drive attached to a G4 PowerMac which runs iTunes and Tiger Server. The other macs in the house can see this music as its shared via iTunes but only when the server is logged on. Once I log out of course all applications quit.

I know I can share the drive with the music on in this way but it's not as user-friendly as sharing via iTunes.

Anyone have any solutions or ideas ?

    ZEN
