I'm looking to apply for a grant for next year. I'll be doing a Higher Degree.

    But where do I apply?

I looked on the County Council website but the application form I found has "Information Only" all across it!?

So does anyone have a direct link to where I can get the form or am I being quite dumb? :D

It depends on whether you are going to an IT or to a University. Go to the City/County Council for University or the local VEC for IT. You will need your own P21 and the P21 of your parents (apply asap the tax office can be really slow on this). You will also need the application form which is long and boring, your birth cert, when you get your offer from the college you will have to give them that.... I'm sure there are more things you need because I remember handing in loads of stuff during my time getting the grant. If it is an IT the VEC are really helpful and you can call into them on the Mall, the City Council are pure crap and are always really late on sending out the grants expect not to see the first one until late november possibly december.

have a look at this www.mygrant.ie
