I am thinking of going to Marmaris in Turkey this August I am just wondering if anyone has been, any places you recommend.Its only for a week so any help would be appreciated. Thanks:)

Was in Marmaris a few times it is a great spot.Plenty of night life along the beach. I stayed in Blue Bays Hotel it was very good. The food is excellent in most places . the beach is a bit narrow but the beds are free as long as you buy your drink at bar who own the beds. There is a great beach a few miles up the road in Ichmiler . Dont go in to the kasbeh you will be tortured at every step to go into the shops. there are enough shops on the street to keep anyone happy you have to bargin everywhere. In my opinion Marmaris is ten times better than Kusadasi.
