    not trying to hijack this forum but since it seems to be one of the more populated, and in the absense of a dedicated forum maybe you can help.
    what is the deal with ipods these days. i don't need a hyper modern one because i don't need it for video. just music really because there is no prospect of getting broadband in my area for a couple of years yet.
    so which one, and where can i get it?????
