I fell backwards out of a window a few months back. Fell about 2 or 3 metres I think. Still have the scars on my back.

A mate told me a story about a job he done for this auldone. He was fitting a carpet in her hall and sittingroom (she lived in a bungalow) when he was finished he went to open the front door but it jammed because the carpet was too high. The woman was out taking some clothes off her washing line so he jumped out the of the bedroom window with his little bag of tools. Dont know if the woman ever got out of her house?? Maybe she's dead:eek:

In my primary school there was a game that involved (when the teacher had left the room), leaping out the window (on the first floor above ground) and then trying to get back to your seat before the teacher returned.

We had a similar thing except people would try and get home before anyone noticed... class attendance plummeted until they decided to lock the windows.

Doing my leaving cert many moons ago stayed half an hour for the french exam and left was caught by the head nun who locked me in a classroom. Many more prisoners followed. We all jumped out of the window 10foot plus and scarpered...I would have loved to have seen her face when she came into the room to free us and there was no one there.

I was seeing a girl once, who lived with her ex boyfriend (long story).

Anyway, we went back to the house one night and she was in saying goodnight to me, I was staying in the spare room, so as not to be all in his face about what we were doing, so he lost the plot anyway.

I had to get out of the house, but all the doors were locked and I didn't know where the keys were kept.

I ended up jumping out of the kitchen window.

No, I prefer the 'stairs, followed by the door' approach. It's less retarded.

In UCD somebody ran along the concrete shelter the whole way without getting caught...the whole way from the UCD Restaurant to near the Student Centre!!!

    Legend!!

Ouch! That last guys gets a pretty serious gash in his leg. Nutters.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,247 ✭✭✭✭6th

i cant watch that, saw him about to jump and clicked off it. how nasty is it?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 804 ✭✭✭doubledown

It's not too bad. It happens during the final jump in the video when they decide to combine jumping from a very high place with jumping through a glass window. It looks like a bit of glass slices his leg open and when he lands you can see it starting to bleed. It's quite a wide shot though and it's not that gory.

    hell yeah,
Jumped out of windows, 1st story windows,
    Apartment blocks , tress, roofs.

..and still no broken bones hehe :p
ou and out of a 1st floor window onto a trampoline ...that was a regular one !

Have a party soon and we've booked a bouncy castle, so i should imagine there'll be leaping out of the windows onto that too. After the comsuption of much alcohol of course !

Was in an old wooden house, night before i left to come to Ireland. We where wall running after way to much to drink, after a few goes the double wall gave in and i punched a huge hole through to my parents room , nearly knocked myself. Happy enough, people will never forget that night :D

Not a window storey but it would have been had there been no balcony. Theres a bunch of townhouses in Coolock/Santry where the doors don't lock when pulled behind you. I needed to leave one of those in the the dead of the night without waking anybody and being unable to locate keys I had to dangle myself off the balcony and drop one and a half storeys...

I would have been much much better off jumping from the balcony out and away from the building onto the grass. Which ened my pechant for climbing friends apartment buildings and jumping off things much to thier neighbours relief.

On another occasion a mate of mine, pissed, dove through an open ground floor window from the outside and took me to the floor for a laugh.
