    Simon had a thread going there about getting a job, however away from all the nonsense, no one answered me, what is a troll??

    I think it would have been easier to do a Google search than create a new thread but...

    A troll is someone who tries to wind up other people by being an idiot/etc (on purpose) in a forum. Their aim is to annoy people/have a laugh/get attention...

    He was probably considered a troll because his posts were so over the top that they defied belief. Anyone with a genuine lack of education would be much less likely to be on-line, nevermind being able to post in the correct forum using icons. I think his many replies, using the same basic misspellings, despite those being highlighted, gave the game away (for me anyway).
