DS Wi-Fi USB Connector problem

I've just got the USB connector but can't get it to work properly.

I turned off my firewalls and installed the software from the cd. I then put in my friend's Mario Kart and went into Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings.

Then I clicked Connect to your Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector. I registered the DS and granted it permission to connect.

Then it intiates the Connection Test. It seems to get a connection and then drop it. It gives Error 52103 - "Connected to access point but unable to connect to the server. Confirm connection settings and internet availability..."

I have turned my firewalls back on and given the Nintendo Registration Tool full access.

I am connected to UTV with a Creative Broadband Blaster 8133U and am running Windows Firewall and McAfee SecurityCentre with Personal Firewall.

Can anyone tell me what's going wrong because I haven't been able to find a solution by googling.

    Thanks
