    Hi,
I am 22 and to this day i still suck my tumb..I can't stop i've tried so much and i just can't. i dont't do it as much as i used to just when i'm tried and in bed. This has resulted in my top teeth being pushed out and the two teeth beside my front teeth are crooked to but. My top four teeth are no in alligment with my bottom teeth. When i was in primary school i was put on the list for braces and nothing ever came off it.

I'm not to sure if i would go for braces but if i did would there be any point or is the damage done. It doesn't really bother me to much but i feel self counsious smiling.

    Thanks
    Shell

nah, teeth can always be fixed-it's just more difficult the older you are and sucking your thumb prob makes your teeth worse-no point in getting braces unless you're willing to give up thumb sucking...
