Should Lea have gone with her gut?

Lea was going to nominate Nicky, but stalled, took it back and mentioned that she couldn’t do it. Obviously something was bothering her about the younger girl. There was something “off” as far as she was concerned. But “loyalty”, if that’s the word, stayed her hand.

Nicky however had no problems in nominating Lea.

What does that say about these two individuals? Nicky hung off Lea in the first week, switched loyalties to the “plastics, then switched back. Now she has again bitten the hand that has supported her.
