Singer songwriters unite

I see alot of singer songwriters floating around here but a shortage of nights or gigs available in city centre anyone with any info on gigs , open nights pubs that do comps anything like that please post here !! Its such a pain in the arse trying to get a slot, has anyon played the ruby sessions can they please tell me who they slept with to do it iv sent my demo in with official reviews air play EVERYTHING and not a reply or a call ..

Know what you mean mate. Sent demo into Slatterys and The Green room and have had no word back at all. Have played in the Mezz, wasn't impressed at all, think it is finished now and the 2 lads have moved to a new venue. Maybe that will be better who knows?

Anyway, I'd reccomend "The Bankers" off Dame st on a Tuesday 930 or so or Bruxelles on a Weds nite:

Thanks for the reply mate ,Thats the stuff lets get more of these !! Its so hard getting the ball rolling takes more then setting up a myspace page !!! Any body got a site that has a list !!?? Thanks again man il be checking these places out

If anyone knows of any others let us know. I think there's one in the Bankers on tuesdays. Can't find any details on the web.
