    Hello,

my flatmate, a 28 year old Canadian here in London is 29 tomorrow, and I need is few cool fresh ideas for a pressie for her (thanks to all who helped me select something for the sister previously). She's a web designer, photographer etc.. so a little arty.

    HELP!!

    What kind of price range?!

Meh, had some ideas but for a flatmate with a birthday tomorrow they were way overboard.

thanks Smell, lens wouldn't be great, but she's changing camera's so I don't know exactly which she would use, plus she has enough memory cards etc.. She has photoshop and all the Marcomedia stuff.

price range I'm looking at is 50-100 squids sterling.

Yeah, figured she would have all that, and if not it would be out of the price range anyway >.<!

Is she into movies, games, any TV shows? Although anything in those catagories is fairly cop out material! Get her a day in a SPA (Or a massage and manicure or some stuff), I don't think there are any women that wouldn't like that. A sybian perhaps?

when i was in london i was in a shop called octopus in the trocadero centre. It has really cool little quirky things in there.

DVD's are a copout alright, I want to stray away from that, she doesn't really play games. A nintendo DS lite might be ok, if a little 'too much'. Hmm, she has SPA ticket things coming out of her ears so she doesn't need another one. Sexual gratification devices are way down the list, heh, I haven't even farted in front of her yet.

Maybe some i-Tunes or Napster vouchers if shes into Music and has an iPod or Mp3 Player. You can get these in Currys as I bought an iPod in Curry's in London three weeks and they had them there then.

    or Flatulence Relief Tablets :D

    Get her something from here:

Lots of fun cameras - if she's a photographer she may appreciate some of the basic charm of them. I know I do.

Just get a giant cake, leave it outside her bedroomdoor - jump out of it in the morning. Sorted.
