We've had these vouchers all year from college, they're really handy, great for going just before a good session coz monday to wednesday all pints and cocktails are €3, you can't go wrong really...

Don't think so, although I haven't tried it. I know for cinema vouchers & stuff, you're only able to print one..

Tried this out and thought it was awful. The place was clearly not full upon arrival but we were told fifteen minutes wait and sent to the bar for a drink. This was more like twenty minutes and we eventually were seated beside a group of yabbering kids and under a low hanging light that was extremely hot. We shared a small but expensive (>€7) nachos starter and we both went for a burger and it was dry and overcooked with average fries and hard bun. Felt quite ill later that night before I went to bed. I would rate Burger King or McDonalds better that this overpriced kip(even with the offer it came to over thirty euros without tip.)

    Agree with the above.
Captain A's has gone downhill in the last few years - except for the price.
Burgers are better next door in BK.

    Wagamomas it is...

Glad I didn't try this! Sounds like it's just like TGI Fridays.

In contrast we had a good meal in Captain America's in Cork a few weeks ago. I think two main courses, 2 soft drinks came to €18 with the voucher

Must be the restaurant in the PALE is the only one that has gone downhill, but then again the Cork one is only open about a year. Good value, good food OK service.

Nice thing in Cork is that CA is over Wagamama, is that the same inside the PALE?

when you print.. make sure you print the whole page not just the voucher picture..

Stupid Captain America.. The other day I was in a rush..
On the pop up to print the voucher, i right click and hit print..
Next thing I know at the end of the meal the girl told me..
"Sorry cannot use this" bcoz it's missing a single line of code at the bottom..
WTF?? Ok in fairness it's was stated on the voucher if there's no code, cannot be use..
    But still it's absolute ridiculous..

Then she went on to say it's because pigsback want to prevent people photocopying them??
But when you print it off.. they are all the same anyway..
How would they distinguish if I print one and then photocopying it 10 times and use it??

Anyway.. final word.. make sure you print properly..

Because if you multiple use the same voucher they can close your account for abusing the system! Bit pointless photocopying them anyway, just refresh / reload the page to get new security codes and print. Easy!

I eat there last night with the vouchure, good food for the price. Be warned thou, I was there on a Sunday and it seemed it was aimed at kids as there was loads of kids about and clowns and baloons etc.
