Hi Guys.. Im sending mail to lots of people together and when i send to more that 20 i get an error message "'552 too many recipients', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 552, Error Number: 0x800CCC79". Now ive being on to my hosting company and they say that this is to prevent spammers- limit put on server. Its very annoying as i have to have lots of groups created. It would be better if i could send the lot together . Any suggestion of ways round this.

Have you tried using your ISP's mail server? i.e. If your connection is with Eircom use the Eircom SMTP server instead of the hosting one. They might be more lax.

*sigh* I said use your ISP mail server and used the eircom one as an example. Since your ISP is BT you should use the BT smtp server.

    :)

I'm on esat/bt/whatever they call themselves nowadays, so it looks like you should be using mail.esat.ie.

Try that and let us know how you get on.
