Exterior and interior plastering

    Can anyone give me some idea of the cost of external and intrernal plastering per m2.
    Just got a quote today from a plastering contractor at approx €17 perm2 using spray method internalllly.


    he said he could do the exterior normally (sand and cement for €8,000 -large two storey house ----sorry no exact dimensions at the minute ----only got quote 20 min ago)


    House is 15m long by 8m wide two storey + garage 6m by 7m (two storey)


    He said he could do a La FARGE special coloured render on the outside for €16,000 , this stuff is waterproof and has 60 yr guarantee.]


    I haven't a clue about this costing so any advice welcome.

    Goll - The cost of plastering my house (10m X 13m two storey) was €3000 (labour only) that was 3 years ago but prices should not have changed significantly, taping and joint inside was also €3000.

    Last I heard monochouce was €38/m2 but that was quite a while ago and as many more are doing it now prices should have softened, perhaps someone else has a recent quote?
