    Play.com also have it for that price, which is about €20 cheaper than the shops here.
    However the Premium system is much better value, though if its a gift then you are spending enough already!

    also comes with a hd compatible cable out of the box, a headset, a chrome dvd finish (lol) and a dvd remote.

    Core only comes with console, wired controller, and stardard av cable.

    So if you buy core, youd have to buy everything else separate, like a memory card, wireless pad etc..

    While we're on the subject, where would be the best place to get a core? Wont be playing games on it, just using it as an MCE extender.
