There was a thread on this before but can't find it, has anyone signed up to a broker that deals with the US and Canadian markets (TSX)?

I'm looking into TD Watrehouse at the moment, of course the muppet I called sent be out a form that assumes I am UK resident.

I use choicetrade.com, $5 per trade easy to use on-line service.
